Restaurants

Chinese and Tibetan cuisine are most favoured in Kalimpong. Indian/Mughlai food is also served. A few restaurants in hotels and others serve Western-style food. There are a number of small restaurants on and around the Main Road. better eating places in Kalimpong include: Restaurant at Silver Oaks. Restaurant at Kalimpong Park Hotel. Gomphu, Lee, Park, Mandarin and Aroma Restaurant.

Bars

Though the people enjoy their drink, there are hardly any exclusive  bars, except in some hotels. Other bars are combined with restaurants. Among the better places are : The Bar at Silver Oaks. Kalimpong Park Hotel Bar. Aroma, Gomphu's etc..
